HI Guys.
I have purchased and installed a form license to create a online registration form for my soccer club.
I would like it to send me a email notification after they complete the form with all their details, also add details to a database based on which team they are registering for and then redirect them to association web page where they will need to complete their registration and pay the fee.

Can someone please let me if they are interested in doing this job and how much you are asking.

What does the form look like? There's a world of difference between a one line newsletter registration and a complex multi-page form. The myfootballclub.com.au looks more like the latter.

You might well be better off doing this yourself - or co-opting a parent who know a bit of PHP/Joomla!?

It is basically a form people need to fill out with their name, address, contact details and medical details so the club has a record of everyone then it would need to be redirected to the myfootballclub.com.au website to complete the registration process.

I have already spent days learning Joomla (which i had no idea) and finally worked out how to customize a website template. I have installed Cronoforms module in my website but i could not work out how to build the form even with the wizard so i have no more time and patience to keep on going. i would rather pay a pro and just get it done.
