I've been using Chronoform on my site for a whole year and I've never had problems.
Today, after some time I didn't use it, I need to create a new form but when I try to go to "forms management" I receive http 500 error!
I have 3.1 RC5.5 version that always worked properly.
What can be happened? What should I do?

You may have the MooTools Upgrade Plugin enabled. This is an optional plug-in that enables the MooTools 1.2 library on your site.

ChronoForms (and many other Joomla! extensions) use the MooTools 1.1.2 library that is installed by default. The ChronoForms Wizard, and other back-end code will not run with the plugin enabled.

If you disable the plug-in then ChronoForms should run correctly.

If you need MooTools 1.2 in the front-end of your site then there is a hack for the plug-in posted in the forums here that will enable the 1.2 library in the front-end only. However the ChronoForms validation code and some other features will not work with this version.

There's a fuller "How-to Document" here that includes fixed files that will let the front-end of ChronoForms work with MooTools 1.2.

That plugin is disabled, but the problem remains the same.
Any other ideas?

Also "Upgrade SQL" and "Chrono Connectivity" don't work.
Form Wizard seems to work, but when I try to save the new form....same error! http 500!

If that's not it then I don't know. Nothing has changed in your ChronoForms files so I guess something else must be different.

By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

Fixed I think. I set Site Error Reporting to Maximum and then got this PHP Error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method SimplePie::force_feed() in /var/www/vhosts/amabrescia.org/httpdocs/libraries/joomla/factory.php on line 334

This error is usually linked to a problem with the 'Daily Hints' in ChronoForms and shows up when - for some reason or other - ChronoForms can't 'call home' to get a hint.

There's a direct link to the ChronoForms Parameters setting where you can turn the hint off
