Convert form results to a pdf.

I have tried to use some of the examples in the forum to convert my multipage form to a pdf but I have not had any success. I want to convert the form data into a pdf and email that pdf to the site admin. Any suggestions or code samples would be great.

Not much else to offer I'm afraid. You have to use a PDF library and build the page content you want using a PDF library. Or I think you can create a PDF form and substitute input values to that fairly easily.
