I set up Chronoform some time ago (see this thread: http://tinyurl.com/4uc7g3x) and it worked well.
The admin assistant who retrieves submissions has two complaints:
1. She is now getting duplicates of all submissions.
2. She would like the font to be larger.
re: #1 (duplicates) - I've changed nothing on my end.
re: #2 (font size) - is there some way other than adding css style sheet to adjust this on my end?
Thanks, Beer's coming when weather's warmer...

Hi scott1137,
No idea about the duplicates without seeing the form Email Setups. Nothing changed in ChronoForms to affect this that I know of.
You can change the font-size in the Email by editing the Email template.

Hi Bob,
The assistant would like to font size in the form to be larger. The email is used to notify her that a form has been submitted to the database. For security reasons we're not sending the form via email.
I was going to paste a screenshot of "Setup Emails" but
1. Couldn't paste the png into this window (nothing happens when I "ctrl-v")
2. Not sure if that's what you need to see.

Hi Scott,
Please see this post for an example of changing the Form CSS. You can also edit the ChronoForms CSS files but this will affect all forms.
To upload an image you can use the 'Upload Attachment' tab below the Post Editor window.

Thanks, Bob.
Here's Setup Emails.
She says she receives two email notification per submission, each to the same form.
There is only one address per field but I see now by daylight there are two green boxes there. so mt question is, I suppose, how to safely delete one.
BTW, any progress on the ChronoConnectivity book?

Hi Scott,
Just click on the green border of the second Email Setup and disable it in the Properties box.
The ChronoConnectivity book isn't . . . but there are a (slowly) growing set of Tutorials here.

Hi Bob,
Deleted the lower green box. Now she is getting 3 per: "...received 3 email notifications of the same referral."

Hi Scott,
I took a quick look at the form and I can see no reason for three emails at least from a ChronoForms point of view. Could there be something odd happening in the email routing?

Bob,
I'll ask her. nothing's changed that I know of on the back end. Will look into the rest.
No other setting change in ChronoConnectivity or ChronoForm would cause this?
Interesting that until yesterday when I deleted that box and added the font-size to css, until these two changes were made, she was getting two instead of three. When I finished testing and turned it over to her she was getting one, not two.
Don't know when she began getting two but she first asked about it about a month ago. It went live several months before.

Hi Scott,
Nothing that I can think of. There have been no changes in ChronoForms and the code only executes once. You sometime see it if there's more than one email in the To box (there isn't) or there is some code in one of the OnSubmit boxes to send an email (there isn't).
