Mootools problem - admin tabs not working

Joomla 1.5.7 running on localhost on ubuntu.

ChronoForms_V3.2.0

When accessing the admin backend of the component, none of the tabs such as "code", "js validation", "actions" "events" or "form settings" work. Nothing happens when they are clicked.

It throws the following JS error - from web developer plugin js inspector console:

Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "String contains an invalid character"  code: "5" nsresult: "0x80530005 (NS_ERROR_DOM_INVALID_CHARACTER_ERR)"  location: "http://localhost/autospot/media/system/js/mootools.js Line: 38"]

Tested on 2 other browsers with same result. No other JS libraries loaded on backend.

Any ideas?

Hi Jacques,

That's V4 then🙂

You will need Joomla 1.5.18 or later to run it I think + the "System - Mootools upgrade" plugin "Enabled" under the Joomla "Plugins manager"
