upload large files

Hi
I've been make a form to upload photos , everything is working fine until to upload a big file for instance a 14MB NEF file , when i try to upload it I receive a message that says "You are not allowed to access this URL "
I configured the form to allow uploading large files and I configured the file's formats as well ,
I can upload files with 5 or 6MB , but I am not able to upload larger files , also I turned the debug on , but there is no message other than that ,
what do you think ?

Hi Wellborn,

There are size limits set in your PHP.ini file and possibly by your ISP. It sounds as though you are hitting those limits. You can see the current settign in Site Admin | Help | System info | PHP Information | max_file_uploads.
