Forgive me if this has been answered in the forums. I haven't found it yet. I am looking for a way to edit a particular record in a table in the database. Ideally, I don't want to have to delete a record and add a new one every time I would like to update the record. I realize this should be possible with SQL, but I'm not sure where to enter the SQL. Also, ideally this could be done with the GUI so that I can provide the client with an easy way to update a record. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help.
Hi,
You will need to use ChronoConnectivity for that, it allows you to list/edit/add/delete some table records, you will find more help on the forums, you will need to setup a new form to be used on your Connectivity connection, the new form fields names should match the table columns names.

Max

Hi livelogos,
ChronoConnectivity is the way to go if you want to start with a list of entries and edit one of them. If you already know what the entry is (i.e. it's linked to the current user or a particular article) then you can use a ChronoForm with the Profile Page plug-in.
