two form menu links incorrectly go to SAME form

I have two forms, one called "Contact," the other "Enrollment." I created links to each one and put their respective titles in the form name field when I created the menu item. Problem is, both links land me on the same enrollment form. I can't get either one to bring up the contact form. What did I do wrong?

No idea, this usually works without any problems provided that the form names are correct.

By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

I figured it out. It was a JoomSEF conflict so I opened the Chrono manager in JoomSEF and set Ignore multiple sources to No. And now all is fine.
