Odd characters appearing next to validation image

On both of my forms two strange characters are appearing before the validation image. The characters are little black diamonds with a white question mark in the middle. See this link http://www.victorybaptistchurchintitusville.org/test/vbc/contact

Hi Josh,

In the code there are two non-breaking spaces inserted there    - I don't know what they are not appearing as spaces on your site :-(

You can edit the code at around line 176 of chronocontact.html.php and see if replacing them with something else removes the problem.
