[OK]There is no form with this name ... after sent

i created 2 forms, an english and a french.
The french (first created) works great, but i have an issue with the english one.

I can display it correctly here : http://dev.riverloire-affaires.fr/contact-us.html
I fill fields and submit, then i have this message : "http://dev.riverloire-affaires.fr/contact-us.html"

I don't understand why, my form is published ...

The problem may be because the form name includes a dash - please change it from contact-en to contact_en and see if the problem goes away.
