form not sending email

I know that others have asked this question, and I have searched the forums for an answer.

I have Chronoforms installed on 5 other sites and working on the sixth. The previous 5 work flawlessly, but the newest one is not emailing the form on submit. I have checked and triple checked all my settings, even against other installs on my other sites.

I have a validated install of Choroforms V3.1 RC5.5 with the plugin and module installed and enabled on joomla 1.5.15 soon to update to 1.5.17.

Any ideas?

Does the site send emails at all?
