Text appearing over check boxes/radio buttons

We have a form setup and when viewed in firefox, ie etc the text runs over the check boxes and radio buttons.

Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

This looks like an effect that is created by some RocketTheme templates using RokCandy or the Gantry framework.

I think that there are template options to turn the effects off. Fredrik (nml375) has also posted here some deeper explanations of what happens.
