Upload pictures at frontend

is there any possibility to upload pictures at the fronside by a logged in user?

Yes use a File input and set it up in the File Uplaods tab.

You'll need some extra code to manage the user access. is the whole form only accessible to registered users or just this field?

The revieuw including upload must be accessable for logged in users. Once it is submitted, it must be shown to every visitor after approval.
