I am attempting to save data per Tutorial #5. After selecting the form and clicking the "Create Table" icon in the tool bar, the new table is formed. The problem is as follows: no "Create Column" options exist. Also, no columns exist for "Auto-increment" or "Primary Key".

Please advise. Thank you for your help.

All those things are there, or should be, just that Max changed the layout after the tutorial was written.
