Dear Sirs:
After installing Chonoforma, and create Form1 No1 and Form No2 (copied from the first) I am receiving:
1. Blank content page, when Form No.1 is submited, email is sent seems to work perfect.
2, Blank browser page, when Form No.2 is submited, no email, nothing happens.
How to fix this ?

For the blank pages -- add some html in the Form OnSubmit After box (you can do this in the Form Wizard at step 4 or on the Form Code tab in the Form Editor).
To enable the Emails in the copy form. Go to the Email Setup tab and set the email to Enabled in the Properties box. When you copy a form Emails are disabled (I don't know why).

No, that should work unless you have some form settings that stop it working.

Ok - I took a look. I think that the problem is that you have slashes in two field names Name/s and
Lastname/s. These aren't legal HTML and are almost certainly causing a PHP error. I couldn't check this for sure as the login you gave me was Admin only and not the SuperAdmin I asked for.
To see the PHP Error when you get a blank page set Error Reporting to Maximum in ths Site Global Configuration and then submit the form.

PS YOu'll also need to change the names of the database table columns as slashes are not permitted there either as far as I recall.

Ah OK - then it's a problem with the Multi-Language plugin.
Each line in the Language strings box must take the form of xxx=yyy
The first (very long) line doesn't contain the = sign.

The Blank Browser page issue is not showing any issue by calling the form, however, after submitting the form it shows:

Yes, both these errors are most likely from from the slashes '/' in the names - you need to fix that everywhere it's been used.

We already remove all "/". The form under Mobile Telephony is now showing following error when submitted:

After removing php tag on email body now we get no error message. However, after submitted the form blank content page appear. Verification Email OK.

Those are PHP Notices not errors - if you set Site Error Reporting back to System Default they will disappear. I think that they are caused by the Radio button arrays not being handled correctly by the plugin. I've made a note to get that fixed in a future release.
Sorry for the problems you've had, most of them seem to have derived from the slashes :-(

After long checking our translation strings, we can assure to have remove all "/" "(" ")" signs. No more errors about translations.
Blank content page persist, we change redirection url, same result.
Now we have another problem. when Spanish front end is set filling the form and after submission they receive message that Mail Function could not be initialized.
Any help ?
