If you can for Bob you get you a quote and do this I would think that would be your best bet.
However, i know there are a few freelance sites out there that you can post what you need done. I have used the freelance services in the past but most of the programmers are overseas and there can be a language barrier.
Again, if you can wait for Bob...do that. If not, just be careful and go with a freelancer that has good feedback.
