Hello, why am I getting unwanted spacing (line breaks), between the multiholder lines?

There aren't any extra line-breaks between the lines. There are a cumulation of CSS margins - some form your template (19px margin-bottom) and some from the ChronoForms CSS (8px top & bottom) possibly plus a height:auto.
You'll need to find a CSS debugger - like FireBug in FireFox and tweak the settings to get the look that you want.
