There is no form with this name...

simiae 13 Mar, 2010
Hi there,

could you please help me with chronoform? I have made a testing form and added it in menu and as module.
menu - http://www.andra.cz/kontakt/testik
module - http://www.andra.cz/kontakt/jaky-byl-vas-program

Its enabled, email is valid, everything is ok. But when I click at test in one case it just refreshes and in second it redirects me to http://www.andra.cz/component/chronocontact/ with comment: "There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management".
I tried even to reinstall chronoform, but its same. What is interesting, when I save the form, its working in FF (not in IE), until I clear a cache.

any advice please?

Hi simiae,

Looks like a problem with your SEF URLs . . . Try turning them off and see if it works OK then.

The error message looks correct as the URL doesn't have a form name in it.

Do you have a ReDirect URL set?

thank you. yes, the problem was with the sef, but i was unable to figure out what happened, so my solution was good old backup (I just have to promise to backup more often🙂 )
