I am not sure if what I want to do is unusual or whether I'm just not very good at searching and finding anyone else / a tutorial of how to do it...
I want to setup a multi page form that changes based on the input on the first page. So, on the first page I want to ask the question:
"Do you want to select species by English Name or by Scientific Name?"
If the person selects English, they get to a form with English names in a drop-down as well as contact details and an upload and if they select Scientific names, they get to a form with Scientific names in a drop-down as well as contact details and an upload.
How might I go about this? I seem only able to find people trying to setup multi-page forms that go through stages, not that vary based on selections...
Also, is there any way that I could format the text in the drop-downs? Like adding colour or italics?
