Wish List #1

I've been installing and testing numerous forms generators. ChronoForms is great, and I appreciate that it is free in the public domain.

My wishlish--which I think would add significantly to the quality of the product--would be the following:

Ability to change font style (or, particularly, font size) of labels.

Ability to reduce the space between field boxes, for a cleaner look.

Ability to load ReCaptcha without strange boxes littering the page.

Total re-work of plug-ins manager color scheme (as has been mentioned). The red/green table is too confusing for first-time users: it seems that selecting something will turn it "off."

Ability to place field boxes side-by-side (for example, for first naame and last name).

Ability to create multiple boxes (for example, 3 for "phone number" input).

And perhaps asking for too much...not necessary but would be nice...ability to do 3-step registration form as is seen here: (I deleted it since it's a competitor extension and I really like the administrative style of this site).

perhaps there are already solutions to some of the things I mentioned. I've been scouring the forums and am exhausted though. Yours is the best free extension I have seen thus far, though...perhaps better than some of the better non-free form generators. Thankyou for your development.

EDIT:

After looking more in-depth I see that ChronoForms "can" actually span multiple pages. Also, I have found in the forums how to edit the font in the css style sheets. (It's slightly imposing because I have no formal IT/coding training...but I have managed it); although I have not been able to change spacing between the field boxes yet.

Hi Hines,

As you've probably found by now all of those things are possible - apart from changing the icons on the coloured bars.

"Ability to load ReCaptcha without strange boxes littering the page."

Yes, totally possible. However, I do think that if by default it loaded with it's field box in the right spot, that would be an improvement.
