The confirmation page I built never appears.
Is it because we are not posting any data to a database?

Our form emails to everyone involved and then redirects to the main page.

I only want a page where we can confirm the submission of the form and let the user click to return to the main page.

Are you using the Confirmation Page plugin? Then probably the plugin isn't enabled on the Form Plugins tab - enabled plugins have a green bar with an 'x' icon.

I have created a table that the form data is posting to, although it appears to only be user ID, Ip, time, etc. I would like the data field posted, too.

It posts the data after it sends the email.
The emails are going out.

The Confirmation Plugin is activated, but we never wind up there.
Instead we go to the page listed in the redirect field on the first form.

Is there a trigger missing?

It sounds as though you didn't include the data fields when you created the table.

And most likely the Confirmation Page plugin isn't enabled on the Form Plugins tab.

In both cases a 'green' bar with an 'x' icon is selected/enabled.
