"there is no form with this name" on every page

I have no forms on my site yet, but every page says "ChronoForms, there is no form with this name" in the top left below my banner. How do i get rid of this?

Hi tomrhn,

At a guess the ChronoForms module is installed and enabled in that module position??

and I disabled module, to avoid these words in Menu, and then I don't get email.
before disabling, chronocontact form worked.
when I enabled module again, it worked.
so, question is: how to move words:

There is no form with this name.

at my site, it is under last item in main menu in joomla. I suppose we should open some php file and delete this sentence.

Hi adolf,

It sounds as though you may have a copy of the ChronoForms Module with no form name in it. Look at the top right in the ChronoForms module admin dialogue.

you think: Module: [ Edit ] - module parameters?
there is:

caching (never)
form name
module class sufix

so, form name is empty. I tried to write there "Contact", because I created form called "contact" and then whole Contact form was published under Main Menu, so my main page of website was splitted. so, I left again "form name" to be empty, but still I get mentioned words:"there is no form with this name". so, what should I do?

Pardon me for stepping in here, but...
If you do not wish to post the form content in a module position, why are you using the ChronoForms Module in the first place?

To me, it seems that you wish to have a link to the form within your menu. If that's the case, you don't need the ChronoForms Module, but simply need to add another link to your menu. There should be a Chrono Forms type in the "new Menu Item" screen, use that and enter the name of the form "contact" in the proper entry (Basic Properties on the right hand side).

Hi adolf,

And, at the same time, unpublish the module with no form name in it.

hey, thank you, the both of you:)
it helped:)
I unpublished old Contact and made new Contact item in main menu, this time I chose Cronoform in new item of main menu. I connected it with the name of chronoform and it worked:)
of course, there was duplicate of Contact in my website until I unpublished chronoform Module. now everything is fine.
thanx a lot:)
