Dear all,
I did a new form and I followed all the mentioned steps.
At the end I created a table with all fields of the forms.
Now, when I answer to the form, within the mysql table I can see only a part of fields updated and the other one are null ??
For example....first record.

from text_2 start my form's fields.
How can do to record data entered also in other fields ?

Hi Giovanni,

The only reason I can think of for this is that the input names don't match - have you changed any of them after creating the database table?

but I didn't change anything.
I created the table and 1 second later I went to live site and I posted the data.
