OK, I am brand new here, and also as user of Chronoforms.
I make some try-outs, using the tutorials, and this works well.
At the moment I have changed the registration form, and all the information is in jos_users.
yeah, so far !
Now I will have more information of the users. Something like 'address' and 'city'. So, I create a new form, at the top the user see his name and email-address. (This information comes from jos_users. Then below the 2 extra fields 'address' and 'city'.
So, the user can change here only the 2 additional fields, who are in a new table.
Now, in this table, I will see also a field with the name and email, so that if I will export to an XLS-file, it is not only an ID-number....
1. is that possible, and what if for example the email-address is changed, will this also be saved in this table ?
2. How can I display in this new form, the information of the field address and city, if this is always known. (can I put information on screen from more then one table ?)
I hope this explanation is enough (sorry for the language-mistakes if they are there)
Txs in advance for the help.
