Hi All,

I hope this isn't confusing. Right now my form is embedded in my website which is nice. but i want to do a survey on a blank white background not within my website. just a simple blank page with a form. can this be done and how?

You can use the template by adding &tmpl=component to the url - this works until you submit the form when the template comes back. See the recent bposts by obisi7 on showing a form in a lightbox for some discussion abotu this.
