Enable email greyed out - cannnot get working

Hi Guys

I had gone through pdfs, nothing to help me,

I have set email results,
In the email properties, my 'enable email' in the properties email set up to received emails is greyed out, cannot change?

Email prperties, in the form wizard,

Email Format:
Record IP:
Enabled: NO {greyed out , can't change)
Use Template Editor:
Enable Attachments:

Any Ideas

Enabled: 0 Disable:1 in the table form management,

Hi I have removed the email for ths purpose but makes no difference, if I try to add a new for that is greyed out either way,before I have added email or not,

Thanks I have been through pdfs, tried stuff,
email is set to recieve results, etc

can you think of anything in the set up that would make this to be not on,?

Hi Russell,

Sorry, missed the screenshot somehow :-(

You must have 'To', 'Subject', 'From Name' & 'From Email' elements (or their Dynamic equivalents) in the setup - and have entries in the boxes - before you can enable it.

Thanks ! That worked, well the background turned green, and could enable, woooooow.

(Is this in the pdf, that you need all elements to work,? Sorry if it is )
