Hi sysdoc01,
Looks to me as though Emails are not enabled. They need to be set to 'On' in the General Tab and enabled in the Email Setup Properties.

Hi Greyhead,
In the form's preferences I do have under the General tab "Email results>Yes". And in the email setup properties looks to be setup correctly as it gives me the green box.
One other thing I forgot to add was that I do have the form fields inputting to the DB and that does work well... Any other ideas?
Thanks

Hi sysdoc01,
On the Email Setup | Properties box there is an 'Enabled' drop-down - please check that this is ON

Greyhead,
Thanks that did the trick! I failed to see the enable on each of the elements of the Email Setup tab.
Thanks again!

Hi sysdoc01,
That's great - the enable switch there allows you to turn individual Email Setups on and off (whilst the General Tab switch turns them all off).
