Wizard Edit: no save or apply buttons exist

Hello,
Using the Form Wizard and Wizard Edit, how do I save a form? No "save" or "apply" buttons exist. From the Forms Manager, I choose an existing form, I then use the Wizard Edit button located on the top menu to edit my form, however I do not see how to "save" the form once my edits are made. My only option is a "cancel" button. Please help, thank you.

Please use the 'disk' icon to save (the screen one gives you a form preview).
