I have looked at all the threads here and there does not seem to be a solution that fits for all. I have tried all of the fixes that seem to be listes as well. So I thought I would post this again with images to illustrate the set-up I have.

1. I Have the ReCaptcha Plug In activated under the tab for the form:

2. I have the ReCaptcha configured and saved for the form:

[attachment=1]02_pluginconfigured.jpg[/attachment]

3. The {ReCaptcha} tag is in the form using the Form Wizard.

[attachment=0]03_form_with_tag.jpg[/attachment]

4. I Removed the styling tag in the form Code as recommended in the help tab of the plug in config.

I have also tried to follow the instrucions for inserting recaptcha code directly without success.

What am I missing? The Joomla version is 1.5.10, The Chronoforms component is 3.1RC5.5 this is installed on a test site.

That image actually shows me that you've enabled all but the ReCaptcha plugin. There apparently has been some confusion as to the on/off settings of the plugins in CF3.1RC5.5

Really. The graphics would indicate that it is the only one that is activated. Based on the green checkmark next to the recaptcha plugin. So what you are saying is that in essence if all of the other plugins have green checks and Recaptcha has the red x that it will be activated?

Just got it to work by reversing what I had originally set-up.

So a green bar is activated and red is not regardless of the icons in the bar.

I hope this helps others as well.

Yup, spot on. If it's of any comfort, you are not the first one getting confused by this new layout.
