How do I troubleshoot an image not being emailed from my form?
On my form I have an image upload field that is set to email the image on submit.

I am using 3.1 RC5
Sometimes the image is emailed but more often than not it does not make it as an attachment.
The email will arrive with just the file name but no file
Any suggestions?
