Why my admin email notification does not work???

Hi, I really hope that somebody can help me out.

I still new to chronoComments, and currently I am using Joomla to develop a website. One of my requirement is to notify admin through e-mail whatever any new article comments. However there is no notification to the admin e-mail. Actually how to set up admin email notification? I have enable the admin notification e-mail and the <Sent Email To> I fill up with my gmail. Is that ok? Can someone give me a clear instruction to set up admin email notification?

There is only email tutorial for ChoroForms but not for ChronoComments. I really wish that I can have clear instructions regarding this matter. Thank you so much.

My apologies, I hadn't realised this was the ChronoComments forum - they all look the same after a while :-(

I don't know ChronoComments and can't easily help

Hi alicevsy,

Looks like you have it configured properly. What about your Email's Fromname and Email's Fromemail? Are those blank or do you have a valid entry for those fields? Try re-saving your parameters and test again. Let us know what the results are.
