I Can't See The Message In The Mail!!!!

hi... this is Halim From Germany...
First of all i want to thank everyone who has worked on this great project!...
i installed it and looks usefull and really great.. but i have a problem i couldnt fix.....
the problem is, when i try to send an message from the forum, the warning message is going to the mail (i mean the message wrote by the admin.) but the message wrote by the guest not coming in the mail!! can you please help me about that???

i hope i could explain my problem..

I have same problem

I use [email]admin@mydomain.com[/email]. Email (via google apps) works fine. I can send and receive email because this is my default email. But I can not receive email confirmation from chronoform enginee. Any one can help me?

Hi Halim,

That looks OK. There's a red Email setup there that you can probably delete. And you are sending to a hotmail account which probably means that the email is going to a spam folder somewhere.

If you want me to take a closer look and the form is on-line plese email or PM me a SuperAdmin login.

I have no problem with reciving the mail... the problem is i cant receive the index i mean the text wrote by the guest...





The message i am reciving in the mail is this:

(Hello Admin,

Some user has submitted a new message for you, the message submitted is:

{message} i think here should be the message wrote by the guest but i can only see this code


the user's name is: {name}


and i tryed in hotmail,gmail and my domains mail also... it is not coming😟 😟 😟

Hi Halim,

Then probably something is mismatched between the form HTML and the Email template.

i have fixed the problem!... now everything is works fine!!!!
i just reinstalled the component then everything started to work great...

a special thanks to Bob for the attention and thanks to everyone who is working on that project? as soon as possible i am gonna write on joomla.org about this great forum....

I reinstalled component 3 times and still get same problem. I used email [email]xxx@gmail.com[/email] and worked fine, but always failed when use [email]xxx@mydomain.com[/email]

[email]xxx@mydomain.com[/email] works fine becuase I use it everyday. I only ge problem with chronoengine form. Any one can help me?

first of all check the picture that i have shared before and try to set your mail setting exacly like the picture...
if it is still not working pm or mail me or mail Bob the superadmin login then we will try to help....
