Please help.
I have read through all the posts and tried to debug the form, I get this out put:
1. Form passed first SPAM check OK
2. Form passed the submissions limit (if enabled) OK
3. Form passed the Image verification (if enabled) OK
4. Form passed the server side validation (if enabled) OK
5. $_POST Array: Array ( [full_name] => Dean [Age] => 39 [button_2] => Submit [314373d73cd454a0f2318c55dfc3d02f] => 1 [1cf1] => 48a922dd62baed723131024b76b42092 [chronoformname] => booking_form )
6. $_FILES Array: Array ( )
7. Form passed the plugins step (if enabled) OK
8. Debug End
I can send mail through a Joomla article, but still the form will not post results to an email.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Having the same problem. My emails are working, but i get the response that Chrono sends emails just fine and there must be something wrong w/ my email. I did the same as you, checked everythign before posting. Its just not sending, which renders is useless to me.
Hi bluedigital,
It looks as though Email isn't enabled for your form. Please check if you have enabled=1 in the Email column of the Forms Manager; if not then please check the Email tutorial from the Tutorials link above as there are a couple of setting to check out.
I rather doubt that dmsflash has the same problem as he has already triple-checked all of his settings.

Thank you so much it was an oversight on my part, but the funny thing now is that only emails to a gmail address will work, not any address from the domain or from my admin address. Any ideas?
Hi bluedigital,
There's nothing in ChronoForms or Joomla that distinguishes one email address from another, any valid address will work OK.
So something is happening at your ISP. Are these From Email or To Email addresses? Can you post a screenshot of the Email Setup?

Thanks for the help, here is a screenshot.
Even if I change the To: Email Address to dean@deanswanepoeldotcom (My Admin address for the Joomla install) it also won't work.
Any other domain other than the rentacheapie.co.za and deanswanepoel.com seem to be ok though.

Figured it out. There was a problem on my server with local mail not being disabled as my mx records point elsewhere. Glad it's sorted and thanks for your help
It appears Bob is infatuated with my triple checking methods. I think he has now started triple checking everything as well. 🤣

bluedigital, i'm suddenly having problems sending mail and my mx records point elsewhere also. do you mind if i ask how you resolved your issue as i've tried every other thing and can't get emails anymore. thanks in advance!
Hi growfish,
This depends mainly on how/where you've hosted your domain (Given your query, I'll assume you don't run your own nameserver), and what services/features your hoster provides.
Some hosters provide control panels for domain administration, where you'd just logon to some webpage and alter your dns records accordingly, however, in many of the cases you'll end up having to contact their tech support.

Hi Guys
I have a question,
I have setup a chronoform for a website.
the forms are submitted fine and gets mailed fine except if it is to the clients email adres.
the website is www.mseq.co.za. it is hosted with webafrica. it is however not using the webafrica nameservers.
I have wrecked my brain about why any other email works in the to field, but if I use a mail with the same domain as the site, is shows that there is no such email adres.
could this be because of the name servers and how could I resolve it.
pleeeeeeze help
