E-mail field (enabled) is greyed out

Hi. I am trying to set up the reply and forward e-mails. Could anyone take a look to see what I am doing wrong here?

I added the From Name and From E-Mail and it did the trick....

Hi Henrik,

You don't have a From Email box in the setup, this is required (or a Dynamic From but I don't recommend that).
