ChronoForm Link Back

I was wondering if when using the unlicensed version, if I must leave the link where it is. I know I must leave a link back to your website, but must I leave it at the bottom of the comments or the form, or can I post where the joomla link back is at the bottom of every page. Or a "Thanks to joomla and chronoforms" type of footer?

Either way is fine, just curious.
