No errors generated! DB not storing the data

Hi!

I have spend many hours resolving this but haven't succeeded yet. To begin with when i submit my form no errors are generated at all, i have set the error_reporting to Maximum in my joomla installation but the result is same. I have no clue as to what might be the problem checked the field names of my columns with the fields i have in my form - no special characters nothing that may have caused an sql error. My form simply goes to the submit url without doing anything and that's it. I have set the debug option to ON but nothing happened at all.

I'm doing this on a localhost so i'm not sending any mails etc.. just trying to store the data into the database.

What does the debug show after the form is submitted ?

Max
