Making the form stay

I have a form. Once the user inputs and submits, you get a blank page. Is there a way to make the form stay and only contents of the textboxes are cleared? So that user can input again

you can do this by adding the form url link to the redirect url of the form, so the form submits then the user is redirected back to it!
