Question if ChronoForm is capable?

DreCat11 17 Jun, 2009
I know u could connect to a database, but once someone submits content can it be displayed on my site right away.
Example:

*Item Form
Item Name: Bag
Where Found: at the park
What time: 2pm

just an example

They submited content using CronoForm now can it be sent to the database and be displayed like this....
Example:
|Item Name|WhereFound|What Time|
____Bag_______Park_______2pm
Next item etc....
and be sorted ABC , under the category

Is this possible using chronoForms and connections? If yes please let me know where i could find out.any help would be great
Thanks
Dre

Hi Dre,

Yes it's probably possible - where do you want to display the information?

on a content page, or an article would be great.

Hi Dre,

Having a frequently updated article could be tricky but you could display a list on a content page using ChronoConnectivity very easily - or perhaps one of the modules with 'news-ticker' functionality to show a list of new items would do it.

Using a ChronoForm to collect the data and save it to the database is very easy.

Hi Dre,

In totality, No.

Build the input form using the Tutorials here. Oncew you have data in a database tabel we can look at how best to display it.
