Form with specific e-mail receptient

Hi there, i've createa form and i want to do the following:

I want to put the form in an article but to have the receiptient address predifined i.e. in my article "The news of Dangelo" to have a form inside that the user will fill only the fields name, subject, text message and the e-mail will be predifined by me.

can this be done?

Yes, I'm not sure I understand but the easy way is to use a plain 'To Email' in the Email setup for the form.
