I've created my form, click "Email the results" to Yes, but in the setup email, enabled is off (grey).

Hi Pascal,
You need to add a From Name or Dynamic From Name field as well - please see the Email tutorial from the Tutorials link above.

PS I strongly recommend that you do not use the Dynamic From Email field. Some ISP try to match the Form email domain with the site domain and will mark your emails as spam or drop them if they do not match. At the very least set your emails up with a static From Email and switch over when everything is working OK.
