No data in email

I'm not getting any data in my email. I read the posts about the spacing, I've triple checked and don't seem to have this issue. Am I missing something?

Hi jimmer71,

When you say 'no data' do you mean that you get other text except the data? or just a competely blank email?

Please make sure that you have {check0} in your template somewhere and see if that does the trick. You may also need to set "Let ChronoForms handle arrays" to Yes - I think that's on the Autogenerated tab.

I also am experiencing a similar issue in that the form is sending out an email but contains no data fields collected in the form. Tried the {check0} code in the template as suggested and now the email does contain the field names but still none of the actual information typed into the form fields is included in the email.

Please turn Debug on in the form General Tab and paste the output you get when you submit the form here.

Usually the deafult empty template will give you a good basis to build your own and should send all of the form fields (with the possible exception of checkbox and rado button arrays).

This seems like an amazing module... I know I'm one tweak away.

i just figured this out, when i saw that non helpful post saying put {check0} in your template.

What they should of told you was, put {field name} in your email template so that it emails all the data put in the form.

example of what i had to do went like this

Pickup Date: {pu_date}
Return Date: {r_date}
Vechicle: {vpreference}
First Name: {f_name}
Last Name: {l_name}
Email: {email_address}
Address: {address_1}
City: {city}
Country: {country}
Post Code: {postcode}
Tel: {tel_number}

you get the field names from the form you originally created in your wizard or form. btw its not id="name" is the name="date" one you look for.

Yes, that's exactly it. And that's what the default template looks like if you leave the template empty (including any tags that you can only see with the 'html' editor).
