Authenticate on Form Save during edit?

I'm trying to edit a form I created using the Form Wizard. After I make my changes and select Save I get a blank screen with two text boxes in the upper left corner and a button below that says Authenticate. No matter what I enter, or don't enter, into the fields, when I click the button the screen will go to the Joomla Control panel and no changes are applied to my form. I'm running Joomla 1.5.9 and the latest version of Chronoforms (3.1 RC5). I'm sure it's something simple but I haven't found it yet.

do you have any permissions control extensions ? do you spend too long in the wizard ? try to open the wizard and resave quickly ?
