Searched the forums and can't quite seem to find what I want to do.

I'm using ChronoConnectivity for folks to search a database -if they are in the database their information is shown, they are asked to validate it and then register for an event.

If they are not in it - they click the new_record button.

What I want to do is send both people who edit an existing record and those who create a new record an email after they register for the event (by clicking on checkbox) with their id which is auto-created by MySQL. Can I do this? How? Do I need to use Chronoforms in conjuction? And if so..again how🙂

I don't think that there is any mailing code built in to ChronoConnectivity. One way to do this would be to have the links in ChronoConnectivity open up a ChronoForm - otherwise you'll need to add code to use the Joomla mailer in your ChronoConnectivity boxes somewhere.
