I have set up a form with multiple yes/no divs that need to be validated. The problem is that sometimes (not in every instance) selecting either button in one div, clears the prior div radio buttons. Any idea what's happening and what to do about it?

Check the input names. They should be the same within each group but each group should use a different name.

That fixed it. any idea why the name was duplicating, or is there is a way to avoid this in the future?

Sorry don't know for sure, The wizard should create a new name for each group. I haven't seen this problem before but we'll keep an eye on it in case there is a little bug in the Wizard code.
