TIME in dateTIME picker

how can i get the picker to also select TIME (this is for a "create aapointment" form) i can select the date no problem, but it does not show the time anywhere in the calender, how can i configure this? or is time not available option?

Neither the calendar in Joomla nor the one in ChronoForms include time-pickers. They seem to be rare compared to date pickers but they do exist.
