Hi,
Although I have created tables for my forms, no table data is stored on form submission. I use 2.5 J1.5 RC3.1 with a Joomla 1.55 installation. And I have only used the save data feature on previous versions in Joomla 1.0x environment, but there it worked like a dream. Any suggestion what might be wrong? All form fields are active and added to the table.

Hi Mats,
You possibly have't enabled the DB Connection in the DB Connection tab?
I put a new tutorial on saving in the database into the Downloads area here this morning.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. I saw the instruction on DB Connection Tab in another forum message, but I don't have any tab like that. These are the tabs that are available when I edit a form:

This really puzzles me...

OK. Then we are back to a question I asked a couple of days ago: updating the version to 3.0 is troublesome since there will be some time the forms are down while transfering each form to the new environment. This is an obstacle when using Chronoforms on a business website.
Is it possible for you to find an more seamless updating process for your next versions?

Hi arvendal,
Depending on how many forms you've got you can update the forms 'off-line' by setting up a development site with CF 3.0. Once you have the forms updated and tested then it's only a matter of a few minutes to do the 'live upgrade'

OK! Everything's working great now after updating to v 3.0. But this was a website with only three forms, I still dread the day when I must update one of my customer's website that holds 15-20 forms...
By the way, thanks for an excellent component. This is really a great extension to Joomla. I was so pleased with the component that I purchased a license some weeks ago.
