What I have done is made a form for our employees to fill out for business card requests. (This works)

The part I am having trouble with is to take the information I need that is stored in the database and send it to a pdf that has fields in it, after they submit the form. I need to send the pdf file to the employee as well as to myself. Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

I think this can be done using the PDFLib, not easy of course, but if its very critical for you then you may start reading the documentation of the PDFLib!

Hi RealityGFX,

Just re-reading and double checking - you want to send the results to 'form fields' inside an existing PDF? This isn't about printing the results to a pdf.
