First, I love the product and will be registering if only I could get it to work. This will be a lengthy post. I have watched the tutorials, read the information, and have read through the posts and yet I'm still not completely clear on what is causing this to happen.Form URL:http://www.local277.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=medicfunding1With each submit I get "You are not allowed to access this URL" and no emails are sent. There are some other minor things that need improving, like when I use the form wizard, the toolbox drops to below my form and I can't edit the tool attributes. But overall, WELL DONE! $7.7 Funding Required for Paramedics and EMS Divisions

Region of Peel General Committee recommended that $7.7 Provincial Funding be channeled into the Paramedic Station builds. Regional Council deferred their vote to discuss if this one-time funding could be allocated to other projects. We are asking Regional Council to ensure that the full $7.7 Million Dollars remains with the Ambulance Division to enhance the quality of service delivery and improve patient care to the Region's citizens.

* Whereas, the Region has recieved a one-time infusion of provincial infrastructure funding of $7.7 million dollars

* Whereas, General Committee believes that $7.7 million of this funding should be allocated to Paramedic Services infrastructure

* Whereas, the Region of Peel has committed to a 10-year Ambulance Services Master Plan

* Whereas, stations will enchance public safety by relocating them to residential and high-volume areas

* Whereas, a reduction in response times can be achieved by building stations sooner

* Whereas, this will enchance patient care by a reduction in response times

We ask that Regional Council commit the $7.7 million dollars in infrastructure funding to Paramedic services to enhance our service delivery model

It's time to enhance Paramedic services and ensure reduced response times  for all residents of Peel Region. Ask your Regional Councillor to ensure that at the December 4 Council Meeting the $7.7 million dollars recommended by the General Committee stays with Paramedic services by sending them this letter. As a Member of Region Council, I urge you to ensure the enhancement of Paramedic Services by advocating for the $7.7 alloted Infrastructure Funding be retained for service delivery and improved patient care.

While call volumes are projected to reach over 80,000 calls this year, Peel's Paramedics continue to be stationed in industrial areas. Mobile Deployment has become a sprial of missed opportunities as vehicles are reshuffled endlessly.

Peel's 400 Primary and Advanced Paramedics have reached their capacity for workload due to constant use of mobile deployment used to make up for the lack of proper ambulance housing. 
 
Offload Delays has forced Paramedics to work up to and beyond regularly scheduled shift times interferring with their personal and family lives, severely upsetting their coping mechanisms and health by reducing sleep and recovery times. This contributes to increased stress and sick issues.

The accelerated building of stations will provide improvements in:

- Patient care by reducing response times to high priority calls
- Dispersing vehicles to residential and higher and populated volume areas
- Provide essential coverage and reduce costs by ensuring that Paramedics start and finish their shifts in stations located within the appropriate response proximites

Please support providing the $7.7 million dollars for Paramedic Services infrastructure at the December 4 Regional Council meeting. .
