Overview
The form has rounded input fields, labels outside the boxes, and vertical checkboxes.
Adjust the form settings to remove border radius, use the Placeholder behavior for in-field text, and apply the Fields Layout behavior to arrange checkboxes horizontally. To remove field labels, clear the Label setting while keeping the Field name.

I'm using Chronoforms V4 on a site and my forms look like the attached image.
How can I Get:
- Rectangular input area without radius
- Text of fields in the input box
- Checkbox in horizontal direction

clear the "Label" in the field settings, but make sure to set a "Field name":
