CF8 Not able to create a form

Resolve ChronoForms v8 form creation and editing issues.

Overview

The problem is caused by using an outdated version of the ChronoForms extension.
Update the ChronoForms extension to version v8.0.26 or later to restore the ability to save forms with titles and edit them properly.

Hello,

I don't know what happend but I can't create a Form anymore. After saving, the form title is emptied out and I'm not able to edit the form after closing the form.

Now I save the new form

The title is displayed empty, and after closing the form I cant select the form to open for editing

you do not have the latest Chronoforms v8.0.26, please update and it should fix the issue hopefully
